Default Control Box for Skia Renderer

Is it possible to have the Control Box boolean for a Skia Renderer window set to true? So it can be minimized and maximized by default, also it aligns better with the Stride windows like that.

Also it should be possible to set the title of the Skia Renderer on the node itself, which the Stride windows are also offering.
