Decons doesn't throw error when output pins are greater than spread length

The hover message says it’ll throw index out of bounds exception if output pins are more than spread length. As you can see in the screenshot, no error is thrown.

Software Info

I’m on v7.0 preview-0253 but I can see this being reproduced in v6.7 as well.
