Date of compilation (export) by node

Can you suggest a way to get a date of export to achieve a simple versioning system?
Would be great to have this as a node like ApplicationPath.

Maybe it would be cooler to have tools to interact with export from patch to manipulate some options automatically. For example, patch can have a “version” field and this field propagates to the naming, with ExportDate it can be very useful for versioning.
