Counting colors in video capture

hi all,

i need a few pointers on how i would go about something in vvvv

what i want to do is get a crowd to do a yes/no vote using A4 cards that are red on one side and green on the other.

i plan on having a hd webcam looking at the crowd and getting vvvv to count the % of red to green, atchual counts would be good but might take more work

if anyone has any ideas on where i can start, eg what nodes to try on the video

For sure your first step is Pipet (EX9.Texture) .
Then there is e.g. HSV (Color Split).

check with = (Value),> (Value),AND (Boolean) if both Hue and Saturation have levels that fit to your red/green cards.
