Color detection

Hi,

I m a newbie to vvvv.

I want to make an installtion for which I need to detect color of clothes of people. I wished to use vvvv to capture image/ video through webcam and then return the RGB values of the average color of each frame of video.

It could also be done that photographs ( not video) is captured at regular intervals and then that image is processed for average color.

I will further use the RGB values returned in an Arduino kit.

I m not able to figure out what will be the patch be like … ??

Any help.

have a look at the helpfile for the pipet node. that should give you an idea how to sample colors in vvvv.
