Audio Out Issues +crashes

I’ve been having many issues with a patch.
There are many (7or8) audio out nodes connected to filestreams, I’m having to sync these wav’s, and waveplayer is picky about the files it will play (beta27.1) so that the same files wont necessarily work on different pc’s or the same pc everytime.
All was fine untill I had to add the last 5 onsite :/
Now the patch runs for 3-5 hours then vvvv crashes with no errors showing in the TTY or on screen dialog
In windows event viewer I get

Faulting application name: vvvv.exe, version: 4.5.27.1, time stamp: 0x4f42c409
Faulting module name: ntdll.dll, version: 6.1.7600.16385, time stamp: 0x4a5bdb3b

and

Framework Version: v4.0.30319
Description: The process was terminated due to an unhandled exception.
Exception Info: exception code c0000005, exception address 774E8C39

I’ve tried to debug by removing the last 5 audio out nodes, the patch then runs fine. Adding a new instance of vvvv and having the audio outs and attached filestreams in that patch triggered via udp, and the crashes come back, but less often.
I’ve also tried with waveplayer when it works, but adding even 1 audio out of these extra peices brings the issue back.
I’m at a loss and have tried every work around I can think of.
The fact that the problem takes upto 5hours to occur doesn’t help!
Any suggestions to the cause and or possible solutions?
It happens on all the pc’s I’ve tried so its not drivers I think…

o yeah
And addendum was I though it was timeliner initially as that will crash if you set it running but don’t provide a stop automate, although that just throws excpetions not freezes…

oh, i think i stumbled upon this one, too.

here it comes with a nice tty-message:
