When I create a Pad from the browser I expect to have the same behavior when creating a Input pin, Create → Label Focus.

You are right @sebescudie the functionality is there indeed, thanks for the correction.
The problem is that the user doesn’t get any visual feedback when the label is focused,
I pointed to this UI issue here
As you can see here there is not visual feedback until you start to type
Ah right, looks like a regression then. In the latest preview (7.1-33), the behavior is how you describe it : there’s no cursor visible when creating a pad.
On the older 7.1-10 where my recording comes from, the cursor starts blinking soon as you create the pad.
