Sorry to crash this topic, but maybe - while at it - also extend those NodeBrowser entries by some kind of button for creating a Spread of length 1 for all those.

Or as a two-step menu, like this:
It would be great if spread was also shown in the node browser in the IOBox menu. After selecting it, the single datatypes could be shown again to tell the spread, which datatype it should be holding - in a similar fashion like the two-step menu...
