Ableton - send midi volume to vvvv

I want to write a composition of clips in the Ableton Live timeline, where the volume of each instrument/clip would control and dim various LEDs through VVVV and Arduino.
Is it possible to somehow send the information of the volume from Ableton to VVVV?
