Another simple question I guess: How do I realize a switch which returns 0 or 1 and gets changed by a bang? When I directly connect it to the banging IOBox (see attached image) the button is set from 0 to 1 for only 1 frame and directly falls back to 0.

in the ioBox Herr Inspektor you will find “slider Behavior” then switch it to toggle ;)
I can’t switch it to toggle, because the bang starts another action in the patch (a reset of LFO), which has to start at the same time as the switch is supposed to change it’s value. Otherwise it would be as simple as you said :)
I don’t know exactly what are you trying to do… You can post a patch for more help, but have a look at toggle help. I think that’s what you are looking for…
