Public API for AI-powered patching

I’ve already tried developing in VVVV Gamma several times using the ‘a couple of C# projects + agent-based development’ approach. Then I assembled the project using Gamma nodes.

However, right now, I’m rebuilding those same projects from scratch without using VVVV at all. This is simply because it’s difficult to maintain, build and manage new features while ensuring that the old ones still work. In some cases, particularly graphics-intensive ones, VVVV is still the solution, but if the application is UI/UX-based, one should start with agent-based development using web technologies straight away. But I can see that even graphics-intensive projects will gradually drift towards something like Three.js in my implementation.

VVVV clearly needs to be rethought, but this is simply a coincidence. Nobody knew that agents would come along and completely replace code and that features would be implemented on demand rather than by writing code or connecting nodes.

I attempted to solve problems using nodes that could be solved with code in seconds, or even fractions of a second. On average, developing with nodes is thousands of times slower than writing code, not to mention using agents. Sometimes it seems to me that people write code as art instead of creating art through code, which is a real problem for progress.

However, the point you raise about the community is valuable; someone needed to ask this question.
