Helpbrowser always on top

I think he wants the opposite, that it is not staying on top in the recent previews, when dragged out of the docking system.

Is this simply not possible? With the current state I feel like I am resizing my patch window everytime I open the help browser, and it is very annoying… It would be great to have the help browser (or rather any window) as a normal, minimizable, resizable, focussable window when dragged out of the windowing system.
